Usage & Analytics
Anonymized page views, referring URLs, approximate location (country/region from IP), browser type — gathered via Clicky to understand and improve our site.
Marketing Attribution
UTM and click-ID parameters (e.g., s1, fbclid) passed through your purchase, used to credit the right traffic source.
Communications
Support emails and tickets, retained to resolve your inquiries and improve service quality.
Cookies
Strictly-necessary cookies for session login and analytics cookies via Clicky. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by us.
02How We Use Your Information
Deliver the product. We use your name, email, and account credentials to provision and manage your access to Leads Loop AI.
Email communications. We use your email address to send transactional messages (purchase confirmations, receipts, account notices) and, where you have consented, product updates and educational content. Email delivery is managed by Loops.so under a data-processing agreement.
Customer support. We use contact information to respond to your questions and resolve issues.
Analytics and improvement. Aggregate, anonymized analytics data helps us understand user behavior and improve our website, training, and software.
Marketing attribution. Click-IDs from your purchase URL help us credit advertising partners and improve our marketing spend — this data is not used for targeted advertising and is never shared with third parties beyond the originating partner network.
Legal and security. We may process data to comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect against fraud or misuse.
03No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your data only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only to the extent necessary to perform those services. The current list of sub-processors is:
Stripe, Inc. — payment processing (US, EU)
Loops.so — transactional and marketing email delivery (US)
Clicky / Roxr Software Ltd. — site analytics (US)
Netlify — hosting of public marketing pages (US)
Hosting provider — application hosting for member dashboards (US)
All sub-processors are contractually required to protect your data and use it only as directed by us.
04Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Specifically:
Account data — retained while account is active, then deleted within 90 days of account closure (excluding billing records required for tax compliance).
Billing records — retained for 7 years to comply with US tax law.
Marketing emails — retained until you unsubscribe, then your address is removed from active lists within 14 days.
Support correspondence — retained for 3 years after the last interaction.
Anonymized analytics — aggregated and retained indefinitely; cannot be tied back to you.
05Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, primarily through Clicky analytics, to recognize returning visitors and collect usage data. We do not operate third-party advertising networks or serve targeted advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect the functionality of certain parts of our site (notably the member dashboard, which requires a session cookie to keep you logged in).

07Data Security

These include encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, audit logging, and a written incident-response policy.
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
08International Transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers are primarily located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required by law (such as for EU/UK residents), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms with our sub-processors.
09Children's Privacy
Our Service is intended for adults who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.
